Training to make the students employable begins right from the first year. Faculty with subject expertise strives to install skills required by the corporate sector. The Training department makes imperative move to produce industry ready candidates to cater the needs of current corporate expectations. The department strives to achieve the institutions vision and meet heights to bestow learning culture as per the Industry standards and create a competitive environment and shape the student generation to reach intensive sky scraping career goals.

AIM

• To equip the students with relevant and conceptualized professional skills and guiding them towards a bright future and career all around the world with the values of – ‘Sincerity’, ‘Hard Work’ and ‘Ethics’.
• To guide students to choose right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry. 

OBJECTIVES

• To provide ample opportunities for placement of students.
• To manage Centralized Placement activities for ALL courses.
• To organize campus recruitment for the students with industries and various organizations of repute from all over India.
• To prepare students for campus recruitment by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
• To promote career counselling by organizing guest speakers by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
• To enter into tie-up arrangements with Industries & Corporates of repute for Campus recruitment.
